Bruce and Arthur spent the morning preparing for a press conference in Lichuan and grabbed the chance to palm off unwanted equipment onto the team members who were returning home. Both put together Powerpoint presentations but struggled to finish in time due to being constantly disturbed.

Mike, Emma, Dave and Graham went to a new area near south of Tuanbao and surveyed three short caves. These lie along the Xiaoxi He rivers hydrological path.

Jianshi

A “half day” for the Jianshi team (Tony H, Eddie, John W) who were taken to survey Shi Gu Men Dong, an abandoned show cave just outside Jianshi town, which was opened in 1993 and closed two years later
